Our main goal is exceeding our guests expectations!




OUR POLICIES


Cancellations - We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50%.

While this fee cannot be refunded, those wishing to reschedule a future service may use this fee as a deposit for their next visit.

All guests who cancel within the 24-hour cancellation or whom “no call / no show” to any appointment will be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

Out of respect for our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Evolution's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to stay on time for all following appointments.


Refunds - We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify a salon coordinator within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two weeks of the initial service.

Returns - If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 7 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.
